Now Playing Vinyl Record stand - Black with your choice of letter colour

This "Now Playing" record stand is enitrely handmade from reclaimed wood. It can hold most sizes of record cover. Choose from white, red, blue and green lettering!

While listening to records I often thought it would be fun to have a small stand to sit the jacket of the record that's currently playing.

I have some other designs in my shop, all with the same theme - the "now playing" block letters on the front. While the sleeve is in place, the only really visible part of the stand is the lettering on the front.

This stand is made from reclaimed pine. I cut an angled rebate into the base to hold the back support piece in place. 

I then painted the whole piece black before attaching the letters.

The lettering is made from plywood and painted in several different colours, allowing you to pick the one which you like best!

Finally the entire piece gets a few coats of varnish to protect the wood and paint.

Please note: as the wood is reclaimed there may be some small, unavoidable imperfections. This comes with using salvaged materials and is all part of the wood's story! Additionally, wood is a natural product, the grain in the piece you receive may vary slightly from the photos.
